Shipping
We will handle all the shipping arrangements and you will be invoiced for the shipping and packaging costs. Any bed may be shipped directly to your home or business address. Here are your shipping options:

01
Ship a commercial address by Freight Company. (Least Expensive)
02
Ship to residential address by Freight Company. Additional cost for residential delivery and curb-side service, meaning they may leave bed at curb. In our experience, many drivers will help you get your bed to a garage or first floor, but they are not required to do so.
03
Ship to residential address, inside delivery. Another step up in cost; they will help get the bed inside your house or apartment, but usually not to a second floor. This does not include unboxing your bed.
04
Ship to local furniture delivery service (initial freight would be option 1) and customer makes arrangements with service for delivery and set up of bed. (Additional Cost of Delivery Service).
05
Room of choice delivery but no assembly: The freight carrier delivers it to the room of your choice and unboxes the piece. Packaging and assembly is the customer’s responsibility.
06
White Glove Delivery: Bed is shipped by carrier who will transport bed, deliver it, set it up, and remove packaging. This service may take more time and is the most expensive option.
Please advise us immediately if your shipment is damaged.
It is the recipient’s responsibility to inspect the product immediately when it arrives to ensure it is in good condition and is not damaged, before signing the freight bill of lading. (Please see our video on this topic.) Most beds arrive without a problem, but on rare occasions, freight damage is a possibility. If damage were to occur, our job is to assist you in resolving the issue.
Caring for your Brass Products
1. Assembly:
We recommend using cotton gloves when handling and assembling your new brass bed to protect the fine polished finish achieved from rouge, polishing wheels and hand rubbing in the factory. Do NOT use ammonia, Windex, etc. or abrasive cleaners to remove fingerprints (see “cleaning” below). Place the fancy feet (if ordered) on the side posts and then tap the side rail joints to the rails with the light tap of a hammer or use a rubber mallet. Next place the cross slats equally spaced in thirds. Then attach the frame support legs with the screws provided. King size beds have a center support rail as well.
2. Cleaning:
We recommend cleaning with Maas polish and touching up with Maas polishing cloths. If you wish to apply a more permanent polish, use our exclusive Everbrite kits.We recommend cleaning with Maas polish and touching up with Maas polishing cloths.
